As the founding member and CEO of M3 USA—an M3 Inc. subsidiary—since its inception, Aki has been the driving force behind M3 Inc.’s ventures into digital healthcare platforms across the US and throughout Europe.

Under Aki’s leadership, M3, Inc. has expanded its reach into the US, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Sweden. In these countries, M3, Inc. delivers digital solutions for clinical research, market research, physician recruitment, pharmaceutical promotion and clinical decision-making and EHR support.

Aki regularly collaborates with various partners such as pharmaceutical companies, publishers, hospitals, CROs, and other solutions providers to improve the efficiencies and quality of the healthcare-related industries and to advance efforts towards progressive healthcare.

M3 Inc., is a publicly-traded company that is a global leader in healthcare solutions. Aki has served on M3, Inc.’s  Board of Directors since 2012. Prior to joining M3, Aki was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Tokyo and California. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Anton Richter is an industry veteran, with nearly 20 years’ healthcare market research experience.

He joined M3 in 2014, and during his tenure has held roles as sales director, managing director (UK Division) and now CEO, leading the organisation through a period of exponential growth. Elected to the board of EphMRA by his peers, he is an expert in global data collection, with a strong focus on customer experience, communication and quality.

He is passionate about driving initiatives to raise standards in the industry and improve healthcare market research, and has embedded these principles in the culture of M3, at every level of the organisation.

Anton has a BA in History and Politics from Southampton.

Marina Lamitina serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for M3 USA. As a member of global executive management since 2019, Marina’s focus is on leading a highly effective central services Human Resources team that supports organizational and employee needs in more than 20 countries, including US, UK, Germany, Sweden, India, and Australia. Marina is a results-driven leader with the exceptional ability to manage change and facilitate strong HR partnerships with M3 group’s CEO’s. She oversees the company’s compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, global talent acquisition, engagement, learning and development, HR operations, and systems while driving the company’s efforts to become the best workplace in healthcare through recognizing and rewarding performance, creating professional growth opportunities and supporting employees’ work-life balance and well-being.

Over 30 years in strategic HR, Marina held progressive roles in Fortune 50 companies and provided consulting services in the pharmaceutical and medical industry, developing organizational strategies and policies to improve employee lifecycle. Marina received Bachelor’s degree in industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College and MBA/MA in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Stephen O’Donnell joined M3 USA as the Accounting Manager in 2016 and after serving multiple roles within the company, now serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance. As a member of the M3 USA’s executive team, Stephen leads a Central Services team that plays an integral role in our global corporate business and numerous subsidiaries by providing professional and timely service to our business units in terms of the financial reporting and accounting operations.

Stephen has 15+ years of accounting experience in both the service and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining M3 in 2016, Stephen worked for several industry leading institutions, most recently at Bimbo Bakeries USA and Enterprise Holdings. Stephen prides himself on internal team development and providing excellent customer service to the business units he and his teams supports.

Stephen holds a BA in accounting from Widener University.
