M3 Global Research Mentioned in Two American Medical Association Policy Research Perspectives
AMA used samples of physicians from the M3 ISO 26362 certified panel for both reports
FORT WASHINGTON, PA (October 20, 2015) – M3 Global Research (research.m3.com), a part of the M3 Group, and a market leader with the first ISO-certified Healthcare Professional Research Panel in the U.S. and Europe, was mentioned in two new Policy Research Perspectives by the American Medical Association. The AMA used samples of physicians from the M3 Global Research panel for the reports.
The first report, Updated Data on Physician Practice Arrangements: Inching Toward Hospital Ownership, addresses the practice arrangements of physicians in 2014, and the practice changes that have taken place between 2012 and 2014. How are Physicians Paid? A Detailed Look at the Methods Used to Compensate Physicians in Different Practice Types and Specialties, the second report, looks at how physicians are paid by their practices.
The sample for these reports consisted of post-residency physicians who provided at least 20 hours of patient care per week and practiced in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. A total of 3,500 physicians completed the survey.
